“Mommy, why did the tooth fairy leave my tooth? Isn’t she supposed to trade my tooth for money?” Sorry, Buster, you got a lame tooth fairy! Perhaps if she stopped by at a more reasonable time she would follow common procedures. Then again, she might not. Better luck next tooth!
