Graffiti Artists?

Ryan and Erik played so well together today that I actually got all of the laundry done, the whole bathroom scoured (water softener is going on the next ‘list’) the house vacuumed, and Easter cards addressed!  Wow!

This was Ryan’s new idea for the day.  I should have know better when I told him it would wash off with the rain…

Ryan designated an area for Erik, unfortunately Erik doesn’t like to be ‘boxed in’.

This was the first of three outfits for the day.  My boys love dirt and its companion, water!

A Story for Our Cousin:

Our cousin loves Ryan’s cute thoughts, so here you go…

When I went to pick Ryan up from school his teacher wanted to tell me about their story time.  She had read a story about Japan and she taught the kids some Japanese words.  She explained what they would say if they wanted to say ‘hi’ in Japan.  A little girl said she would say ‘Hola’.  The teacher explained that they wouldn’t understand what she was saying in Japan, that she would have to go to Mexico or to Spain and they would understand her.  Ryan spoke up and said they would have to say a different word in Korea.  His teacher asked if he knew how to say it in Korean.  He stated matter of factly that he didn’t, but that when Erik grew up he could tell us!  : )
