Our little mischievous leprechaun was back this morning. He made his mess in our kitchen (must have read Ryan’s letter).
This morning when Ryan got up he could see from the living room that the trap had been knocked over. It took a little convincing to get Ryan to venture into the kitchen to see what happened. I assured him that all leprechauns were gone until next year. Within a few minutes he was back to figuring out what happened and planning next year’s trap…
In honor of St. Patty’s Day we made rainbow cupcakes…(The nose sticker…I don’t know!)
One bite and Erik decided to float instead! No problem, they’re only the most time intensive cupcakes ever! : )
Spring is coming!!!!!
And to top off an already great day…a new bed! I am so happy with it. It has a trundle (seems like a shorter jump than bunk beds) as well. They brought it in and had it set up in about 10 minutes. It was fun to read books tonight and see him sound asleep a few minutes ago.
I told a friend yesterday that it was coming. She asked what it was like and I said it was mid-century looking. “You know, Andrew Lloyd Webberish.” (Okay, so it is not so Phantom of the Opera! It took me until today to finally get Frank Lloyd Wright out of my brain!!). Sweet dreams baby! : )
