Big day! Ryan pitched for the first time. Unfortunately, I missed it. I went to my uncle’s memorial service out of town. It was wonderful to see a lot of family that I haven’t seen for years though. Harv got a few photos (I would have had about 200) but four players were gone (with their dads) so they needed his help to score and he had to watch Erik. Ryan struck out the first batter. He had a few wild ones, but he didn’t allow any runs and got to pitch his two innings. He couldn’t have been happier. Remember, Posey was a pitcher too!
