It’s in the Details

So we’re almost done with volcanoes, but one cannot move on to the next topic of interest until they have created their own volcano...

It seemed kind of anti-climatic to just use a plain soda bottle so we made some brownish play dough and voila…a volcano.

Notice how far back I’m standing…ummm maybe it did need to be cola and not the $0.69 M. Dew…

except for the lack of a cool looking play dough volcano around it.

So looking back, you know, at the directions…the ingredients did say diet soda but in the ‘details’ it said ‘cola’. Wonder if they covered volcanoes in the second month of that high school chemistry class.
