I found this snowflake window cling on the Family Fun site:
I printed out the snowflake pattern from the website, laid a freezer bag over it, covered the pattern with fabric paint, and let it dry for about a day and a half. Just carefully peel off and stick on your window! (Be sure your lines are fairly thick and everything is connected.)
They have stayed on great and when I took one off the class was completely clean (well, it was filthy, but the snowflake came off.) I got some glitter fabric glue to try and see if the sparkly looks good.
