The Graduate

We have a graduate in the house!  The kids sang a few cute songs before they received their diplomas.  Of course I had imagined the kids getting their name called and walking up to their teacher to get their diploma…not exactly!  After the kids sang the 2-3’s teacher had them stand and starting calling names and handing out the diplomas, and then our teacher joined in so about 30 kids were milling around and the photo opportunity was nowhere to be found!  A little anti-climatic for me!

 Ryan just loved his teacher.  I forgot to take a picture of the little poem he wrote for her.  It was based on The Important Book:

The important thing about preschool is that it was fun.  I had a nice teacher.  She read stories.  We played cars, puzzles, and did art.  I tried new things like somersaults and high bar.  But the important thing about preschool is that it was fun.
