Peeple’s Choice

Last year we had an egg drop.  Everyone had to design a container to protect a raw egg from breaking when dropped.  Well, it was fun, but we have way to many engineers.  Harvey ended up on the roof throwing them off trying to get a winner.  This year I decided to get creative.  We went with Peeps.  Ryan chose Star Wars.  I’ve been thinking of doing this for a year.  We started it on Sat. night…Fortunately, it only took one extra Michael’s run.

2014-04-20_063 I know no one saw this coming after my first attempt at dipping the bunnies!  I decided to read the directions after that.  And then watch a video.  Uh, folks, this is why they invented YouTube!  They are all Peeps.  I am especially proud of Yoda.

This one set the bar pretty high.

Nothing says “Easter” quite like the Vietnam War.

My friend Tom has a man crush on the Viet Nam War diorama. We figured it was modeled on Colonel Kurtz' camp in Apocalypse Now. Love the smell of peeps in the morning.
