A Block Party

We had our annual block party on Saturday.  Over 100 neighbors showed up.  We had such a great time.  We started with bike decorating so we looked good for the parade!

 

 

 

  It’s hard to believe how many kids live on our street!

The kids got to tie-dye some shirts…

 

 

 

they did crafts…

 

and a water balloon toss. 

 

Rainy day!?

 Here’s the cute shirt for Erik.  It’s officially his favorite shirt.  He told me today that he is going to wear it tomorrow.

 

 

So I was thinking a few sprinkles, the kind that get everything wet and dirty but pass quickly…well, I was wrong!  I had to get out crafts, make new play dough…I mean, it was a full-on rainy day!
