Christmas Eve

 We went to church for the family Christmas Eve service.  We were a little late, a general theme of 2012, so we had to sit in the back.  The kids couldn’t see anything so they doodled through the lot of prayer cards in the back of the pew.  Megan got up and down off of the pew precisely three hundred times. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dear Santa, I have been very good this year…Please bring me a Lego excavator with a boat, a t.v. that can go in our room (with a remote), Legos, an art kit, crayons. Ryan, Erik, and Megan

I think Erik is going to keep trying for that t.v. in his room until he is out on his own.  Fortunately, Santa is on our side on this one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

So far these are the best cookies we have made.  Can’t wait for Ryan to one day have a chocolate chip cookie made with real butter and eggs!

Ryan in Taiwan

 Harvey and Ryan returned from their week in Taiwan on Monday.  Ryan loved it and wants to go back.  He loved being with his grandma and grandpa.  They hadn’t seen him since he was a baby.  It was nice for Harvey as well.

Adoption Day!

We were able to expedite our adoption process and went to the court house this morning to finalize our adoption.   

 

  Megan was very fond of the folding chairs.

 

The courtroom was packed as this was the last day for adoptions this year.  We were last…Megan tried out a good portion of the chairs.  We almost lost her once…

 

 

 

 

 

After we finished signing the paper with the judge he let the kids each pick a gift.
