It Was Posey’s Day

It was a very fun day at the ballpark!  Ryan was up with two outs and bases loaded (a mother’s nightmare) and he hit a triple!!!  And to top it off…I was filming!  Unfortunately, I’m a terrible video gal.  It’s a little blurry, but I got the big plays of the day nonetheless.  The following inning, due to absent players and a pitcher who ended up being ineligible because he still needed another day of rest, they pulled Ryan as catcher and told him to pitch.  He hasn’t ever practiced with the team…First pitch…STRIKE!  He ended up striking out five players in two innings and threw one out at first.  It was too fun!  Everyone was super impressed with his ability to chew gum and pitch at the same time!  We all have our talents.

It’s baseball season!  Imagine the joy when Ryan found out that he was on the ‘Giants’!  Ryan’s team played on Opening Day and won!  Wait until you see the size difference between Ryan and one of the other players!!
